Remote ML Upgrades

I have several remote sites that need to upgrade to 5.3 ML8 from ML3. What are the options for remote upgrades in AIX? I am trying to come up with some options short of traveling to each location and spinning disks.

NIM or nfs mount a directory that contains lpp source.

I second Khz's advice.

Also, make sure you have a valid terminal/console access and a NIM server, in case things don't go right.

Never hurts to have the latest AIX CD1 either (maybe overkill)...best to be safe than sorry.
