Remote Management/Maintenance Report Software

Hi,

does anybody know a software which would fit following :

- OS independent ( Windows, Linux, maybe Mac )
- Remote executable ( connecting via VPN, Dial-In, or similar )

- Gathering about following informations :


+ Warning, Error and Fatal Messages on Linux & Windows Systems
+ Std. Disk Space Usage (win+linux)
+ Inode Usage (linux)
+ Kernel Version (win+linux)
+ installed SP (win)
+ List of running processes (win+linux)
+ Any Error, Warning or Fatal messages from established Backup Software vendors (such as Veritas)
+ Any Error, Warning or Fatal messages of MS Exchange (win)
+ MSEx2k(3) : A overview/list of Mailboxes, Size, Items, ServicePack
+ AntiVirus Informations (such as NAV, NAI / McAfee, TrendMicro, Sophos)
