Remote IE7 home page change? 1

Is there a simple way to remotely change the IE7 homepage of a particular user at one of my locations? I would like to be able to make the change without disturbing the user. It isn't a big deal, but I would like to be able to make the change in the background instead of taking over the PC if possible, thanks!

So you want to modify a user's local PC's settings without the user giving permission? Not on my Computer, thank you!

The registry key is:
HKCU\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Start Page

Since it is the HKey Current User you would probably want to put it in a login script or something like that.
