If someone remotes in to my machine,the screen goes black and the screen lock window appears. You can't see what they are doing. How can I see what they are doing?

. Use the Remote Desktop Support utility instead; or,
. Use a Third-Party program

Use Remota Assistance instead of Remote Desktop.
