I have a problem with XP/Remote Access. This is the background/what happens:

A client has a small network. On one particular workstation, Remote Desktop is enabled so that the user can connect remotely. He, along with myself, are on the list of users that have remote desktop priviledges on this computer. I can log in to the computer just fine. When we attempt to log in with his name, I get the following message - "Your interactive logon priviledge has been disabled."

Thanks for any input!

It may be exactly that, he doesn't have permission to logon remotely.

When you said " I can log in to the computer just fine. When we attempt to log in with his name", I presume that you are attempting to logon remotely via Remote Desktop Connection?

Are you an Administrator and he is not?

In anycase, you can check the priviledges of his account (locally and/or on the domain, depending how their network is set up) and see if Remote logon is allowed. By default, this is not allowed. You have to explicitly turn it on.
