Hi,
Does anyone know whether any logs are created during a remote desktop session?

All help is greatly appreciated
Kind regards
Ota

Which logs are you referring to? If it is just Remote Desktop itself, what is available in the Security Log of the Event Viewer, or any Firewall Log?

I was wondering if any logs can indicate a list on computers that have logged on to a specific computer. As far as I can see the event log doesn't include anything but I could be wrong!!

All help is greatly appreciated
Kind regards
Ota

A list of computers might be harder to obtain through the following (via the Security Log) but the username is identifiable.

Logon Type Codes Revealed

Logon Type 10 – RemoteInteractive.

When you access a computer through Terminal Services, Remote Desktop or Remote Assistance windows logs the logon attempt with logon type 10 which makes it easy to distinguish true console logons from a remote desktop session. Note however that prior to XP, Windows 2000 doesn’t use logon type 10 and terminal services logons are reported as logon type 2.
