Remote Desktop wont connect to Dell Laptop?

I have been unable to get this laptop to accept RDP connects. Things I have done:

1. Ping by address and Name <--Work both ways
2. Rdp by address or Name <--Does not work
3. Net View by both <-- Both fail
4. Firewall for XP is disabled
5. In IP filtering everything set to allow

We seem to have problems like this with most of our Dell laptops, but not all of them. Wondering IF this is a dell Issue or not.

Are You using WinXp Home or Pro

It is Xp Pro.

I have now tryed adding pc to Domain and still no help.

I can see tha that port is listening and still no connect.
