Remote Desktop Connection

Hi, I am using a windows 2000 Server machine as my Domain. I have a client windows XP machine. I am hoping to be able to use the remote desktop connection to connect to the server but im not sure what I need to do on the server side?? any help would be appreciated!.

Install Terminal Services in Remote admin mode.
