Remote Desktop and NT4 Server? 1

Hi,

We are currently using VNC to connect to our NT4 box but the update is very slow. Is there a way to setup Terminal Services on the machine so that I can connect to it via Remote Desktop on my XP pro machine?

I do not want to have to use a 3rd party solution due to licensing restrictions, etc.

Terminal services on NT4.0 was a different OS, "Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Services Edition" and there was no upgrade path from regular NT 4.0.
