You can through your remote access. Dial in put in your barrier codes and then the deactivation codes and the extension number. You will need to set up the remote access with console permissions on the COR.

Mikeydidit, can you explain this a little more clearly for an almost complete newbie (to Avaya, anyway)? I have done this once before, so I know I have the right permissions on my phone to do so, but the company laid off the experienced Avaya guy, and I can't seem to figure it out.
Never mind... I read another post of yours on this and realized that I did not have the proper COS to allow me to do so - somehow my COS must have been changed in the interim.
