CICS 7.1 CP100 3.1 Can I remotely change the company greeting?

Dial in. at greeting dial ** then the sysadm login (1021234 etc) then #
next dial 99 you will be prompted to open/close business, change greeting or exit

Press 2
dial the number of the greeting to be changed
dial 1 to record new
dial # to end recording
1 to re-play recording
erase and re-record press 2
press # to accept

You can't remotely record a greeting, but if you follow ironhorse's post you change to another greeting that was previously recorded.

OK, but how do I tell the system to start playing greeting 3 instead of 1, or can I only re-record an existing greeting?
I have searched the manual and I can't find anything on remote AA.
I really dislike the Northern manuals.

If you change mode to close business by default it will be greeting 4.

You have to record the greeting or greetings if you use time of day,1 morning, 2 afternoon, 3 evening.
