What's the cheapest way to control Win2k workstations remotely. We use terminal services to acces the main server, but I'm not sure how to go about workstations. I know there is PC-Anywhere and others, but I have no idea what's most cost-effective.

We use Damreware NT Utilities here. It's a great program that allows you to absolutely control any computer on your network. Picewise, it's not that bad and if you set it up on a server, then remote into the server, you can bounce to the workstation with little hassle. How many admins do you need with remote access? "How many admins do you need with remote access?" I don't really understand the question, I'm kind of new to this. It's just my boss and me on the PC support team. Mac guys thought of using Timbuktu, I know it's cross-platform. I don't think our administration will want to buy a cross-platform site license. It's just for our (support guys) convenience.

Thanks for you replies. We'll give them a try.
