Hello,

I'm working in a hunt group.
Sometimes I'm not start in the office so I can't login in time. When I logged in I can receive calls on my cellphone.

Is it possible to control my deskphone to log me in?
(ie. I call my number from a cellphone and send a special dial code for log in)

I have a SD button on the display which log me in with my agent id and password. Can I 'press' it remotely? :)

deskphone: 4621sw
server: 8700 R2.0.1

Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Norbert

You can use 'change off-pbx-telephone feature-name-extensions' and program an extension for 'Idle Appearance Select:'. From there use the FAC, either 'Login Access Code:' with your agent-id and password to log in or the 'Logout Access Code:' to log out. You can also use the FAC for the appropriate abbreviated dialing list after dialing in using the Idle Appearance Select option..
