How to implement an efficient solution to Remote Control
1. Server from any Workstation ?
2. All Workstations from one Workstation.

Thanks !

We successfully use RealVNC to allow remote desktop viewing/control. It has the added benefit, apart from being free, of allowing me to talk through a resolution with a user whilst viewing or demonstrating. Remember to keep passwords secure though as connection to a server already with an administrator logged on gives full control to the VNC user!
Get it here: I also use remote desktop (mstsc) in WinXP via a vpn for the servers out of hours.

1. Terminal services admin mode on server. All clients should have the ts client available.

2. As kutz13 says remote desktop will work quite well if all clients XP.

If not I would suggest Dameware Remote Control at $90 but that is per admin not per client. i.e. if you have one admin workstation then you only need one license.
Installs remotely or when required and has full integration with NT security.
