When an admin who has rights tries to start a remote control session, the message "cannot get the remote user's permission because the worksstation is not urning the remote control agent". The client is running the agent, I can log onto an NT machine, SMS works, i can remote no problems, this person logs me off, logs himself on to the very same computer and gets this error. If i go to his machine, same situation. Anyone ever heard of this? All groups and rights have been checked, everything appears to be correct.
