At my customer place LAN is existing with NT server4.0 with service pack 4.0.The clients are windows95/98 the network is working fine the director has a system at the residence and want to connect to the LAN.He is able to connect to the server and able to get the internet from the network, but he is not able to see the systems in the network.

The protocols installed on the server is TCP/IP.In the remote system also installed the TCP/IP protocol.

Is there any other protocols needed to install so that the director can see all the systems in the LAN.

Please help me to overcome this problem.

Srinivas,

Just a quick thought, in order to see the servers I think you'll need WINS. Is there a WINS server running on the NT machine. If so, check the director network configuration and make sure WINS resolution is enabled and is pointed to the correct IP address.

More information is needed for a better diagnosis.
