Is there a way to remote call forward an analog set? We have some analog bells with no physical set connected and need to call forward them sometimes.

You will need to set the Remote Call Fwd Set and reset codes in LD 57. (RCFA and RCFD)

You will need to add an SCPW to the analogs TN. The number of digits is a system parameter.

To activate:

FFC + SCPW + DN + CFW destination #

To deactivate

FFC = SCPW + DN #

Thanks for the replys. I can get this to work for IP phones but can not get it to work with the analog set I need it to. I read on the bottom of page 557 of ghtrout's instructions "In addition, the following software packages are required to implement RCFW on analog (500/2500-type) telephones: Special Service for 2500 (SS25) package 18 and...." Is this why I cant get RCFA to work on a analog set? How can I tell if we have the software package they talk about?

Thanks again.

Are you certain you have FTR CFW programmed on the analog TN?

All systems have SS25. Think of SS25 as "Touch Tone feature access"
