Remote Call Forward via DISA (Unforwarding works!)

Here's an odd one!
We've been able to remote call forward a phone on another site (site B) via DISA in the past but it seems to have stopped working? We CAN remote call forward phones on our own site (site A) via DISA but just not the other site connected via a virtual trunk.
The funny thing is that we CAN unforward the phones via DISA?????

We use:
*57 xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx # to forward and
*56 xxxxx xxxxx # to unforward

NB. We CAN remote call forward site Bs telephones from telephones on the site where DISA is present over the Virtual Trunk, just not via DISA!!!

Confused yet?? I am!!

can you forward if you leave the dest out, and it forwards to the last dest?

Hi John,

I've tried that and it also fails.

*56 doesn't work to site B via DISA (located on site A), however if you are on site A and do a *56..... direct from an internal ext. it's fine!

*57 works fine in all scenarios.

I'm having to resort to sending the trace logs to Nortel for help, perhaps a patch needs to be created?
