Remote backup?

We currently have 3 servers installed (one for data, one for sql and one for faxing). A fourth Windows XP PC is connected to all of them and used as an 'admin' pc. All of the data from the 3 servers is backed up to the admin pc at midnight each weekday. The total amount of data backed up is about 60GB, with 2-4GB changing daily. This admin pc is accessible from the internet (static ip address).
Leaving the current system in place, we would like to take our backup to the next level to include disaster recovery, in case of fire, theft, etc. This would be accomplished by backing up the data from the 3 servers on the admin PC to a single, multi-function 'emergency' server at a remote location. Even though it is not as fast or efficient as the 3 individual servers, it will allow operations to continue should disaster occur. Someone could drive out and pickup the emergency server, bring it in and connect it, and within about 30 minutes be back up and running again.
I have already purchased and configured this new 'emergency' server to run all 3 functions. I have manually restored the data and tested it and it works fine. I would like to automate the backup of this emergency server to run over the internet each nigh after the regular backup is completed.
Does anyone have any experience with backup software that can backup over the internet? Hi-speed internet is available at both locations.

how fast is your link between the 2? 60Gb is a LOT to back up over ADSL. You may want to look into software which allows for backing up of only the files that have changed, and not doing everything again.
Failing that, you may be looking at a weekly backup at the weekend, when you'll get the tuime required to back up that much data.
Could it be worth looking into using some sort of external USB or firewire drive, which is then stored off-site, or in a firesafe? I've used that setup in a small office environment, where we simply had 5 250Gb usb drives, which we simply rotated and stored offsite
(we actually used a mailbox 2 streets away - resonably secure and 24 hour access)

Speaking from a security point of view, my boss would freak if the backup machine was accessible from the Internet....
