Remote assistance 2

When I send a remote assistance querey to someone I get an error message that I can not resolve. I treid everything already. The fallowing is the error I cannot resolve.

"Remote assistance connection could not be established, because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again."

When I click ok and it tries to connect it give me the same error. Please help....

Check you firewall settings on both local and remote machines to verify that the port is unblocked.
