I'm trying to get Remote Assistance for windows XP working. The client is able to create an invitation and send it to me, but when I connect it tries to logon using the HelpAssistant user and fails. it gives me an error message: "you do not have access to logon to this Session" it will either crap out there or try 2 or 3 more times before saying " has closed connection to your computer."

In our default user setup we delete that user and the NT Authority users. I added them back, (run the sessmgr.exe -service to get helpassistant back) but I'm not sure if that could have an effect on it. I know that the correct port is open also.
