When I offer remote assistance from my XP box it works fine until the other person accepts my help. Then I am missing the tool bar at the top which includes the Icon to be able to take control of their PC. Any way short of reinstalling windows to get my toolbar back. My PC has Gateway's verision of XP which they modified the help section, to label it the gateway support center, if that is of any help.
