I'm having some trouble with accessing the IRAD to do remote admin. Customer has a CICS 7.0, the IRAD is activated. I have setup Line 032, with remote pkg 02 - Remote Admin set to Yes, to answer after 1 ring with the connect type=Remote. I have the correct SysID, phone number & IRAD password, which is the SysID.
I'm using NRU 11.0, which works fine with FastRAD's on other systems. When I call from a phone, I hear the IRAD answer, but it says "No Answer". Line 032 is set for manual answer & I'm using the same modem string as always (EQ0X4V1&D2&C1S7=85).
Do I need to have a COS/password setup for the remote pkg. & if so, how do I enter this password when dialing into the IRAD? I do not have the COS/password setup, but I was under the impression that I could still gain access without it.
