Remote Admin on CallPilot

I have the strangest thing: You know how you can initilize the 102 mailbox and then call in remotely, get into 102, then do a 99 and get into the remote admin?

I have a 3.1 CallPilot that when you call in and do the 99 in the maibox, it says "Call Center command cannot be accessed at this point."

Huh? Any ideas as to why it isn't going into the remote menu? There is no call center activated on this box.

No idea M but a shot in the dark here....is mailbox 102 setup for CP or NVM mode? I wonder if 99 is effected as it does all the other commands when using CP mode.
