I want to be able to connect to a remote server at a client site to administer/troubleshoot it.

What's the best remote access solution?

VPN access via strong firewall, then any remote access there's Free VNC, $$$ Remote Admin and of course £££ PCAnywhere.

If you want to troubleshoot the PC's too then you can do a lot worse than Dameware.
