remote access

I have the following problem there are two locations with computers that I need to administrate
each of the computers can connect to the internet through a proxy, is there any software that i can use to gaine access to these computers?
so i can administrate all the pc's from one place
(networks are not connected with each other)

Or you can use NetMeeting. Just need IP address.

well, that's just the problem (i think) there in a lan network (so both 192 adresses) and one of the computers (the remote ones) uses dhcp so the only thing i can think of is using msn messenger but that's not such a great solution of remote administration
