Remote Access IP Filter

Does anyone know how to set up a remote access policy to only allow speficied users access to specifie IP addressses.

I have created a new group
Added a user to it
Applied a new remote access policy to this group
This part works but the IP filter does not ?

I am running win2000 in mixed mode
