Reminder error message in outlook 2000

Hi folks

I've got a user who is getting the following message when she attempts to enter a reminder for a task or calender entry.

'The reminder will not appear because the item is not in the calendar or tasks folder'

Sure enough the message reminder will be saved in the calendar and the task will be saved but the reminder will not appear. Any idea what is causing this and a possible fix.

Does the user have any special forms assosicated with that folder? Also check the setting for 'when posting to this folder use:_________' These can be found with right click, Properties.
