I have a server which I connect to via Terminal Services but only 2 people can connect at any one time? I have just purchased some more licenses but was wondering how to increase the number of connections?

Sounds like you are running TS in remote administration mode.
To have more than 2 simultaneous connections, you need to change it to application mode. Go to add/remove programs, windows components, click next and change the mode to application mode.

By the way, you must install and activate a terminal server licensing server with your TS in application mode.
