HI, I'm Deborah and I'm new to this site. I hope to find it helpful and share some of my own information. To start off, our site has Remedy ARS and Help Desk along with Spectrum Spectrograph. The latest Spectrum came with ARS Gateway which feeds Spectrum tickets directly to Remedy Help Desk. This is fairly new technology and there is little to no notes out there. Has anyone done this integration who might have some help with a few snags that we have run into. Thanks, Deborah
