can send e:mail but currently unable to receive........
have tried re-setting account e:mail address and password but to no avail.............

'There was a problem logging onto yourn server. Your password was rejected......'pop.freeserve.com' server 'pop.freeserve.com' protocaol POP3..server resposes ERR authorisation failed, port 110 secure (SSL) ; no server error OX800CCC90 error number OX800CCC90............

Are you connected (authenticated) trough freeserve or another ISP?
It sounds like you filled in the : my server requires authentication fields ..
If so, you should not need those The solution is out there.
