Remedy Java API Setup

I am trying to set up the java API for remedy. When I run my program, it gives me a:
NoClassDefFound error
Or a
Unsatisfied Link error
(the error depends on where my .jar, and .dll files are)
could someone please reply, and help me with my delima!!!!
