remaster s8300 CM1.3

Do you know how can i remaster a s8300 with CM1.3, i don´t remember the password to access via web, if i shutdown the server with the button it can't recognize the usb cd-rom unit.

Maybe I'm wrong, but usually if you have the CM cd, it is bootable. When you boot the 8300 it doesn't recognize the usb cd?
