I have a user who goes to a website and if she is one her desktop, she can use hot keys (shift+F2) it should be a (macro?) hotkey to pull up her address book. Shift+F4= Email a few (10) keys like this. Any ideas how to make this happen within Citrix? I am not too sure it isn't a feature of the website. I will be heading out there tomorrow, was wondering if anyone had ideas?

Her client needs the Citrix hot keys reconfiguring!

Cheers,
Carl.

Hi,

If you are using the Citrix ICA Program Neighborhood, choose Tools then ICA Settings then choose the tab at the top that reads "Hotkeys". You will find what you are looking for there!

If you are using NFuse, don't know!

Cheers,
Carl.

These settings are saved to the module.ini file. I am not sure what changes you would need to do but if you look at the Program neighborhood one then make a change then look again you should be able to then copy the changes into the one in the icaweb32 folder.
