Relocation error while executing pkgadd or swmtool

Hi,
I am trying to install few OS patches and when I used pkgadd -d <path directory> I got following error.
Please help me.
swmtool is not functioning. Its displaying "relocation error" for all. However I was able to install couple of patch libraries using the same command little earlier.
