i have had an ip office i bought to have handy in my "lab" in case customers had an outage or to test with. I just brought it back on line and have a couple hopefully easy questions.
it WAS a release 7 system with most commonly used licenses installed
i remember upgrading it to release 9 a while ago (maybe a year ago?)
i just logged in, i see its release 9...but no licenses....
i'm a little confused so i'm trying to recover from this, where would i find the details of any licenses i would have had on this, is it written somewhere
is it hidden somewhere, do i have to contact avaya support....
i'm not even sure of my partner arrangement with avaya anymore....just want to get this thing working again and, and, well, play? maybe update my certifications
any guidance is appreciated.
in the meantime i am going through hard drives and literature to try and refresh my memory
