reloading license keys

i have had an ip office i bought to have handy in my "lab" in case customers had an outage or to test with. I just brought it back on line and have a couple hopefully easy questions.

it WAS a release 7 system with most commonly used licenses installed
i remember upgrading it to release 9 a while ago (maybe a year ago?)

i just logged in, i see its release 9...but no licenses....

i'm a little confused so i'm trying to recover from this, where would i find the details of any licenses i would have had on this, is it written somewhere
is it hidden somewhere, do i have to contact avaya support....

i'm not even sure of my partner arrangement with avaya anymore....just want to get this thing working again and, and, well, play? maybe update my certifications

any guidance is appreciated.
in the meantime i am going through hard drives and literature to try and refresh my memory

If you are a business partner, you can look up licenses on Avaya's website using the dongle serial number.

You can load the licenses in any order

Only load the encrypted key though, the long string of jumbled characters. All the rest is information only and will stop it working

i've sent an email to my last known contact at Avaya to see what the status is of my partner agreement
i know last time i tried to login in, it kept kicking out on authentication and i never really tried to find out why

That's a different login, you need an ADI login but you can't just get one because you were a partner, it's more a licence purchasing thing

i used to be a nortel partner which i guess eventually became an Avaya partner. I merged with another Avaya partner but lost track of my login creds. i'm more the SE/ design person than the hands and feet deployment person these days.

thanks for all your help, got licenses added last night and filed the license codes just in case.

You need to contact your official Avaya supplier (Westcon, TechData or Ingram Micro for you) they need to get you a login as it is under their contract with Avaya.
Avaya is useless for that.
