Relay denied vs. Client not authenticated

I gotta coupla Xchange 2K Srvrs out there. 216.162.216.34 and 67.92.222.18

Relay tests show 'Relay Denied' on the 216. srvr BUT 'Client not authenticated' on the 67.

Both are Exchange 2000 and both SMTP virtual servers relay settings are the same.

So, the 67. boxes lets all the spam in and holds it in the outbound queues - arggghhhhhhh!

Whassup wid dat?
