Rejoining the Domain

are you refering to the machine as the client?
if so, right click my computer , -> network id tab, -> properties button... enter ( re-enter ) the domain name in the textbox and you will get prompted for admin credentials to join this machine to the domain. if all goes well, then a re-boot and you will be on your way.
