Reject message in AAM

Sounds like the user composed a message and tried to send, but got returned, for whatever reason. Have them try again or compose a message and send it to you to see if you get the same behavior. You also might be able to trace the voicemail ports, but I've never done that. AAM is not my biggest strength.
