Reinstalling Nice CLS v.8.5

Please friends help me in this issue:

We already finished the CLS/NiceLog installation (Interface with Meridian and Symposium) and these are the facts:
-LockManager and Scheduler can't upload.
-Nicelog has the following error messages:
"A second Driver not found" We don't know wich driver is it..
-"The ordinal 9541 could not be found in the dynamic link library NLSDBAPI.dll"

I'll be greatfull for your help.
