Reinstalling IIS-any problems ?

I have Windows 2000 Server and some web sites.But IIS makes me crazy by its unexpectedly terminating,and i am wondering whether to reinstall it or not.In case of reinstalling i want to know what kind of problems i can meet,if exists,if somebody has already done this.
