I have managed to reinstall XP PRO on my E; instead of my C:
Is there any way to get my old setup (all my programs, applications, settings back? I can't run anything and I don't have my setup or install programs anymore?

Thanks

What's on C: Drive and how did you get to E: Drive? This may be a messy time consuming procedure if you are unable to copy the whole lot back to its original position. Your Windows and Programs have registry paths set for locations that apply to its original drive letter.

How can I change the System partition drive letter in Windows XP?

To request a replacement CD, contact Microsoft or your computer manufacturer. The same with any software CD's if you can't download software.

How did it end up on drive E:? Could it be that you have a Zip drive? If so, then that's what's on die C: now. Solution it to unplug the Zip drive and reinstall Windows XP yet again, then reconnect the Zip drive.
