Reinstalled Backupexec now jobs wont work

I formatted and reloaded my Dell server, which was working rather well due to the fact that SQL 2005 would not load with SQL express already loaded. I reinstalled backup exec,now the inventory or eject media jobs don't run just says job service error failed. Backup jobs sort of run even though they fail.

Hey there.

Have you tried to clean all of your scheduled tasks, and create new jobs?

Maybe the jobs are screwed after the reinstallation of the Backup exec.

Just a thought.

Thanks for the reply. I dropped the database from SQL and reinstalled using SQL express, and it's working. Other than the usual failed jobs etc.
