reinstalled ASA 6.0 and getting "persist.dat: Access denied" when closing it

I just reinstalled ASA 6.0 and getting the Access denied error when closing ASA. I do have a backup copy of my old persist file and replaced it with the new one from the fresh install but it says that file is corrupted :(

Is this a Windows 7 issue?
