reinitializing IE 5

I have scrwed up my browser settings and cookies. Now I can't log on to my yahoo mail account from home while I can get in from work or other places. Is there a way for me to clear up all cookies and settings in one go and start all over again. I am using an IMAC DV SE with Mac OS 9 at home. I tried the IE self repair application and that did not help.

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and click on the reset defaults button. Cheers,
