Hi all,
can anyone tell me if cold fusion supports regular expressions?
if not, what is the best workaround...javascript?

There are two approaches to Regular expressions in CF. The first, using the built in RegEx engine can be viewed here:


The other way is to download the RegEx custom tag from Allaire. It was built by Rick Osborne, so you may have to search on his name. That tag uses the Perl reg ex engine.
