Regular Basis??? Yeh, but....!!!!

We are using Cold Fusion 4.5.2.

In the settings page, we have "Restart when requests terminate abnormally" checked. It tracks unexpected exceptions for occurring on a "regular basis". Well, what is a 'regular basis'???? 3 times per hour? 5 times per minute? 5 times per day? WHAT!?!?!

Does anyone have the answer to this? :-(
