regsvr32.exe cannot Access

When my laptop bootsup, I get the following error:

C:\WindowSystem32\regsvr32.exe

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

After clicking OK several times, the system work fine. How can I get rid of this anoying message everytime my system starts-up?

Are you running a login or startup script, or a batch file, that is trying to register some .dll"s?
