Regrunchk.exe missing...

A virus had got into my computer some how so I removed it using McAfee. Now everytime windows boots up it says the regrunchk.exe file is missing. How do I recover it?

Does it give the message in white lettering on a black screen? May have to edit a file, the name is given in the message, or the registry to remove it. That file name doesn't ring a bell as being part of Windows.

Perhaps you don't want to recover it. See what is in your Startup folder or check out Msconfig ( type it in the Run Box) to see what is trying to load at Boot time.

The file is part of the Backdoor.FTP_Ana virus, I would say there is a registry entry or an entry in win.ini, sys.ini or autoexec.bat still pointing to it to load on startup. Search these areas for it and delete the relevant line or entry
