Do You wanna restrict the use only , or just wanna corrupt the file ?!
If you wanna corrupt it ,, just do it ,, but restrict it ,, and also the Admin can't use it ,, Hmm,, I think you can do some tricky using registry like the size of the page or something like that to makes people hateeeeee IE !
